After nearly 14 years in law enforcement, where I specialised in intelligence operations, undercover investigations, and crisis negotiations, I transitioned into the business world, growing multi-million-dollar family businesses. Along the way, I gained valuable experience in data analysis, resource management, and leadership.
At Two Face Investigations, I combine these skills to help individuals protect themselves from the dangers of online scams.
My time as a detective taught me to remain calm and strategic in high-pressure situations, while my business career sharpened my ability to make data-driven decisions and manage resources effectively. These complementary experiences ensure that every investigation I handle is thorough, precise, and designed to achieve the best outcomes for my clients.
Why This Matters to Me
This work is personal.

I have seen how shame has stopped victims from speaking up.
I see how silence protects the criminals.
In 2023, I started by journey by going undercover online as both a 67-year-old man and a 62-year-old woman. I wanted to see how scammers really operate.
What I found confirmed one thing:
Anyone can be targeted.
Scams are not about intelligence.
They are about manipulation.
HOW IT STARTED - A STORY OF SHAME AND STRENGTH
I’ve always shared the story of how Two Face Investigations began; a phone call from a friend saying, “Mum has a boyfriend.”
But here’s the twist: that “friend” was actually my mum.
In January 2023, my mum confided in me that she had a boyfriend she had been talking to online. As I dug deeper, I discovered she had been communicating with a scammer. Her story, however, wasn’t mine to tell at the time. Like many victims, she felt shame and embarrassment about being deceived.
There’s a stigma around being scammed, a judgment that feels different from other forms of embarrassment, like tripping in public or making a mistake after a night out. This kind of shame can be isolating and silencing. For my mum, and so many others, it’s a deeply personal wound that often goes unspoken.
But I knew that her experience mattered. Her story wasn’t just hers; it was a reality for countless people who needed help, understanding, and a voice to break the silence. That’s when Two Face Investigations was created. A service to offer education, support, and a chance to fight back against this growing crime.

My experience spans a wide array of specialised roles, from intelligence gathering and crisis negotiation to undercover operations and complex detective work. Whether navigating high-stakes situations or collecting vital intelligence in challenging environments, I have always remained calm under pressure, using strategic thinking to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Running multiple businesses has sharpened my ability to manage resources effectively, make data-driven decisions, and lead with a strategic mindset. My experience has taught me that, whether in business or investigations, success stems from understanding the unique needs of each situation and approaching every challenge with both tenacity and care.
